- The students are expected to be smart, mentally alert and with a pleasing personality.
- Students with consistent and good academic profile are expected to improve their soft skills to meet the requirement of industries.
- Students who do not possess consistent and good academic career upto graduation but performed well during the MCA, are possibly required to compensate their shortcomings through additional technical skills and soft skills.
- Students who do not have a sound academic profile throughout are expected to be placed only if they could make themselves extremely proficient in some specific areas of the software field according to the market needs.
- Students should take due care to avoid back paper during MCA.
- It is needless to say that students having consistent and sound academic profile coupled with a pleasing personality are the first choice of the employers. - Soft skill attributes i.e. Communication Skill, Psychometrics, Reasoning Ability, General Awareness, Presentability, etc., should be cultivated with the missionary zeal. It may be noted that non-credit and value added courses whether in-house or outside calls for additional and separate fees.
